| - I had a great experience living here for the past two years. I had a nice one bedroom one bath, with my own garage. I cleaned up my apartment by myself and I got my security deposit back (so you're working with an honest company that rewards its residents for good stewardship). Whenever I had a maintenance "issue" (which were very few, because they keep up with their properties very well), they were very quick to respond. I thought it was nice that they have streamlined rent payments for those who like to do things online. Another great thing is that they are very consistent, and the staff was very friendly! They have nightly security guards who walk around the complex, but I never had any security issues in my 2 years of living here. I never had any bug issues ever, and I never called pest control, though if I wanted it, I could have easily asked for it because they offer it within your monthly rent which is nice.
Everyone I worked with was always eager to help me, and I never had a single negative experience. The apartment struck me as a family-friendly apartment, but also very comfortable for people living by themselves too. This apartment complex has a few groceries stores within 3 minutes to about a 5 minute drive, and we're talking about whole foods, Vons (which is a local grocery store with an online app that streamlines deals just for you), Albertsons, Target, and Walmart. Not to mention all the retailers that are in a very short drive to the property. Redrocks is about a 15 minute drive and a beautiful hiking destination. Furthermore, there are local pharmacies right down the road, local amenities in the community of Summerlin directly off the property with exercise equipment, and a lot of sidewalks around the area. You're also about a 20 minute comfortable drive from the strip and downtown Vegas, but if you're a Vegas local you know that everything is roughly "30 minutes away".
All in all, I had a really good experience, for the past two years (2015-2017), and the staff were always nice to the residents on site. If you are looking for a place in Las Vegas with a nice school district (I'm a teacher so I know), and great accessible resources, then you have truly hit the jackpot! I moved to another state and I am having a tough time finding apartments that measure up to my Crystal Cove experience! If I ever move back to Vegas, I hope they have availabilities because I can't imagine myself staying anywhere else!
