  • I'm not given the option to give zero stars or negative stars. This people are among the most inefficient employees I've seen and if you get mad by missing your bus, because of their inefficiency, don't let them know about it or they will go wild and ask the security guard to push you out of the property using his big fat belly without asking any question. Be aware, way too lazy people working at this location. I'm convinced grayhound lines do not appreciate customers. Stay away use Tufesa.
