I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years. The new ownership has lost sight of customer service and today was the last straw. They no longer have enough staff so you can walk-in without an appointment. I had scheduled two appointments today back to back. When I arrived 10 minutes prior to my first appointment I noticed that my nail tech was just starting a mani. How could she be done in 10 mins. The receptionist told me that my tech would be late and I could use someone else. I reminded her of the product I use and that not all techs are trained. They quickly moved the other client to another tech. I watched as my 2nd appointment got closer that the person I had scheduled with wouldn't be ready. I was told that it would be 30 minutes then they reduced it to a 15 minutes wait. I told the receptionist that didn't work I had plans and had to be somewhere and the delay would make me late. She said "I do my best" which really made me mad. Do I want to hear that? I told her this has become a constant problem under the new ownership and they don't have enough people working. She said again.. "I do my best" I told her that wasn't good enough. Over the past 6 months I have had appointments when I show up they can't fit me in.. I am done!! Someone else will get my $200 I spend a month on mani/pedis. Customer service is about serving the client not giving constant excuses and when you do mess up just graciously apologize.
