I had to update my review after giving this location another chance. I traded in my Sorento on a 2016 Optima lease. The sales experience was fine...initially. But, this is my last time going to this dealership and my last Kia.
Again, my car was filthy when delivered. They did offer to clean it for me, but I can't run out to the dealership often because I work!
2 weeks after getting the car, the tire pressure light came on. I filled to the recommended pressure, and nothing. I called the service dept and they told me to take it in. I shouldn't have to take a 2 week old car in! They said it's fine to let this issue go until spring. So i have no access to the controls located under the low tire pressure warning until spring. Cool.
It's crazy to me that things are going haywire on a car with 800 miles. (Pic included).
Now, the mirrors don't auto-retract any longer. I'm sure they'll want me to take it in again for that!
So I called again and was connected to a manager. I explained that I despise this car and asked if there was a way to transfer the lease to another car. He said he'd see what he could do to get me back into a sorento and he'd call me back. I think you see where this is going...no call back.
As soon as I'm able to turn this pos in, it's gone and I'm done with Kia.
Sometimes it just doesn't work out to try to be loyal to a brand or dealership.
****edited to say I got rid of this Kia and have a brand new car of a different make. I won't be buying or leasing another Kia. :)
