  • This place has definitely gone done hill. The lady in front of me started to move forward, so did I. Then the attendent starts to yell at me to go back, so I do. I'm paying for a car wash not to get yelled at. Then when I move he tells me sorry the sensor is broken so I needed her to pull forward and reverse to reset the bar. Well you should have told me that before, then maybe you wouldn't have to yell. Pay for my car wash and like always trying to upsell me. No I just want a simple car wash. Wash was fine but then there are no vacuums open. Not because they are all full but because they didnt open them all up. I ask another attendent if they plan to open them up and he says no. No reason just no. So I ask do I just keep driving in a circle till one opens? His response, I don't know. This place is a joke and the customer service is pathetic. This place deserves 0 stars.
