  • Under21 is located in the Silverado Ranch Plaza, near Nordstrom Rack. It's called Under 21 because most everything in the store is under $21. They carry a small selection of designer jeans that are over $21, but I think about 90% of the store is under $21, including dresses, pants, tops and accessories. It's a small boutique, but it's locally owned, very well merchandised and the staff is friendly. It's definitely a store to keep on your shopping radar, especially if you hit Silverado Ranch for a day of shopping.
