  • I had a terrible experience with this company. I had to wait almost 2 weeks before they could come out for the inspection. Then no one showed up. I called the office and was told a last minute meeting popped up and the estimator couldn't be reached. I asked why they didn't call to inform me that it needed rescheduled and was told the meeting just came up within the hour. That's great but my appointment was supposed to be 12-2pm and this was 4 o'clock that I was speaking to them. If the meeting just came up within the hour, why couldn't they show up still? I told them I'll take my business elsewhere and was given a snooty response. Seriously, this was the most unprofessional experience. I went with Watts Pest Prevention and it was night and day. I'm actually glad they didn't show up because I feel much more confident with Watts.
