  • Two words adequately describe WHY this location gets the rating I gave it: BOB KRUCKMEYER. What brings me back to a business IS THE PEOPLE, because anyone, anywhere, can sell you an ink pen at a decent price, so that's really not a consideration with me. I go where the staff make me feel like I am not only WELCOME, but that my patronage really MATTERS to them. Mr. Kruckmeyer made me feel that I was his most important customer in the store at that time and truly went "above & beyond" to make me glad that I entered his store. I was there for almost an hour making purchases, and when another employee didn't know where a particular item was located, Bob Kruckmeyer quickly located it and I bought TWO of them (all they had left), even though I wanted three. His fantastic treatment of me ensures that I will return again and again, whenever I need office supplies, in a store managed by someone who could TEACH a college-level course in "Customer Appreciation." I'm sure you'll have the same pleasant & superb experience that I had.
