Purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered damaged. Spoke with salesperson Amy who said she would order new doors. 11 weeks later still no doors. Contacted salesperson ( via text messaging) regarding this. I received a message from a Freds Appliance saying that they dropped the ball. I messsaged salesperson asking why some company called me and not Snow Brothers after 11 weeks. Her reply was they are the ones who make repairs. I called and spoke with salesperson asking why she never followed thru on this. Her response was that Freds called me weeks ago so she thought it was taken care of. I called Freds back to see when they had contacted me and Linda stated they NEVER did (and she told Amy that) yet Amy insisted they did.
My woodwork was gouged and the paint chipped off in multiple places as a result of delievery. They gave me a name of some man to call to arrange repairs. I scheduled appointment and he never showed. Amy said he was here the day after delivery. I think we would have noticed if a man was in our house painting. Amy sent us a check for $75.00 to cover damage to woodwork. This does not come close to covereing repairs.
You get a lot of stories, which from my experience are not true, if you need follow up on damaged goods and damage to property.
