  • Worst ever in valley. I waited almost an hour in a line to do a Christmas exchange for same item and price. But was refused since I didn't have gift receipt. I only wanted different scent unopened package. Was told theme scent i was returning was no longer current . yet I bought it 3 days before thanksgiving and I asked if family member didn't like this scent could the EXCHANGE only for other scent was told yes. So I didn't go through the 30 other receipts to find that one since it was only an exchange. Erin the manager said no change but can pay difference. Gave me credit for the 25 I spent but didn't let me exchange and had to pay difference. Wow took hour of my time and they didn't stand behind their word. I bet corporate doesn't appreciate there loyal customers being taken advantage of like this. Will never go to this location again!!!
