Looks else where. I purchased a Goodman in April (about six years ago) that failed after three months (actually it never worked.) They came out (with crane) and replaced it with a larger Goodman which failed in one month, of course in July. They came out again (with crane) and replaced the 2nd Goodman with a Trane (which is what I wanted in the first place) BUT only after I contacted 13 news. Oh yes, the Trane costs more and about one summer later it went out. They had forgotten to change something and it blew a circuit out. It's been fine for several years now but I still get nervous each summer after going through that for three summers. Yes, they made it right (hence the 2 stars instead of one) but it was a total nightmare and I can't, in good conscience recommend them. I see Goodman's everywhere and they work just fine. I've always wondered if incorrect installation was part of the problem.
