  • This place got a bunch of upgrades which is nice but now it seem if we are paying for it. Every month they are making you pay more. If rent and Utilities are late u have to pay 100$ if it's still late then they add 75$ to it and start the "eviction process" but in order to avoid getting evicted you have to pay their 500$ lawyer fees. So because of late rent n utilities you can end up paying 675$, This place is money hungry. Most people here are on section 8 (I wish I knew that before moving in) but if section 8 people can't barely afford their rent n utilities what add prices going to do. The guy Sean (the owner) I never met but heard he a dick head, even his employees talk bad about him. Again people live everywhere but here.
