Absolute awesome experience today at this Sprint store. Mike, the Asst. Mgr and Kevon, the phone tech were amazing. I have a Galaxy 3 and the power button was jammed. I don't have insurance on the phone. I was politely asked if I would like to upgrade instead of paying the $75 tech fee. I declined and agreed to pay the tech fee. Mike then assured me if they couldn't fix it, they wouldn't charge me anything. I watched Kevon attempt for almost two hrs to fix the button. He just wouldn't quit. When he was able to fix it, I could genuinely see how much pride he took in his work. I really want to take the time to sincerely thank Mike and Kevon. I will definitely recommend them, and this Sprint store to anyone that asks.
