  • If you have children or if you are a female, you are not safe here! Lived at motif for less than 6 months because we were no longer safe. We received multiple death threats by an individual that lived less than 500 feet away. Our personal property was damaged and occurred on the Motif's property, and they did nothing to accommodate the situation. And there are always gun shots going off in either the complex or the park that neighbors motif. The office offered no help to resolve the issue of the death threats so we had to end our lease and spent an additional thousand dollars to find a new place to live, since motif did not refund us any money. And as to our knowledge, the individual that sent the death threats IS still living at Motif. I REALLY HOPE FUTURE RESIDENTS ARE AWARE OF THE WAY WE WERE TREATED.
