The front counter staff are world-class rude. Some of them speak poor english and get very indignant if they have to repeat themselves. Sorry, this is my health we are talking about, I would appreciate some clarity.
Having said that, the rudest was a Canadian English speaker who made fun of me, flapped her arms in some kind of sign of frustration of having to deal with people.
The managers of this monopoly establishment need to spend some time in the competitive retail world to learn what it is like to function in an environment in which people have choices about where they shop.
The front staff are actually evil in their attitude.
I gave it two stars because the people doing my lab work were professional, friendly and courteous. The front staff would get minus 27 stars if I could do it.
