  • Our second visit to GRS was a last minute decision and we didn't really want a whole "proper" meal, so we sat in the bar's lounge area (where they serve the entire menu) and ordered martinis and only the plates that we wanted. We shared a beet salad, and we each ordered an order of foie gras and we shared some bone marrow. Our server, Jackie, was amazing. It was one of the most perfect, and most rich, meals that we've had in Vegas in a long time.
