We visited Gene's today because our digital safe had died and we had no way of getting it open. When we first entered the store, we were greeted by an adorable dog that was trying to use our entry as a way out. She was very friendly, and made us smile through the stressful situation that brought us here to begin with. Steve and Zane came to see what our safe looked like and we told them that basically we didn't care if the safe got destroyed because we needed passports for travel. They were able to force the safe open in less than a minute and only charged us $10.
All of their employees were incredibly friendly. We were so worried that this was going to be a crazy debacle that ended in our safe door being dynamited off, and we are so relieved to have found Gene's. We will definitely be back to get a new safe and also for any future key-related issues we may have. On a side note, they will be moving to a new location soon. We wish them the best in their new space!
