  • My honey loves buffalo. Steaks, roasts, ribs, liver... He just wont eat beef any more. I've even had to start making spaghetti sauce with buffalo(but I won't complain to hard because he's lost almost 30 pounds this way), and this is now our favorite place to get bison. The staff is great, the meat is PERFECT, and the prices are awesome, BUT... It's a long drive from almost anywhere in the valley of the sun. Bring a thermal bag and ice when you go shopping here! Oh, I almost forgot, this location was once called "Arizona Buffalo Company" before they moved the office.
