  • My girlfriend and I made the big decision to buy a car together. I'd done my research and after a lot for consideration for our needs, we decided on the Mazda Cx5. We stopped by the dealership a little over a week ago and did some test driving. We loved it. The sales person who came up to us was a young kid, Zach, he was new, but comfortable helping us with our questions and when he wasn't 100 % sure on something, he found out for us, rather than feed us some bull. Gotta respect that. Then Scott Bonack came up to assist Zach with the more technical aspects of the car buying process. He was a good guy, he wanted us to drive out of there in a new car, but he wasn't pushy or aggresive. When we got down to business we were upfront with them, our budget was small and they didn't have the Sport package we could afford in color we wanted. Scott, explained that they can pick a car up from ANY location for us and have it delivered to us at no extra charge, which was great, because their prices were consistently on par with what we were wanting to spend. What happened next was what made me believe these guys were the best. Rather than deal with getting a car from somewhere else and all that, they worked with us to put us in the next level up (Touring package), for the price we were willing to pay for the Sport. It came with some extra features that you look for in a modern car. During this whole process, we felt comfortable, with no pressure. You have to understand, this is their job. They don't feed their families if they don't sell cars, so they want you to buy a car, but we didn't feel forced and they didn't rely on gimmicks to get us to buy. Just a willingness to work with us. After all that we went to see Chris Motrynczuk ( I already forgot how to pronounce that one) in the financial department. He was very helpful and encouragingly blunt. He helped us get the best payment plan and even offered up some advice to save us money down the road. We had a pleasant time chatting with him and learning some things in the process. Long review, but this was the first car we bought and we're excited. We waited a while to write the review because we wanted to keep our eyes peeled for any deals we may have missed or a sign that we might have been had. Couldn't find one. These are good people and we'd buy from them again. Thanks fellas, Cody and Kristin
