  • We had a termite infestation via a crack in the concrete slab that runs from the garage through the master bedroom. We needed someone to pull back the carpet and pads so the exterminators could drill along the crack and pump termite poison into the holes. Russ, the tech from Phoenix Carpet Repair was on time (right on the heels of the exterminators), and knew what needed to be done. When the exterminators finished in the bedroom, Russ put the carpet back perfectly such that you can't tell that it was disturbed.
