  • I ordered a part because none of the auto part stores had what I needed for my Chrysler, so stuck paying a and exorbitant mount for a piece of plastic. I've dealt with four people in the parts/service department, and all of them were the most unfriendliest people I could possibly ever imagine dealing with. The part was supposed to take two days to get here, it's not taking over a week to get. If I was in the market for a new car this would definitely not be place I would be going to knowing I would have to deal with the parts department/service department in the future.
