  • Continue to struggle to get ice maker repaired. Numerous calls, and finally another visit by a repair shop. Was at house for two hours and could not fix the ice maker. No solution, and no communication on what next. This is the service one receives with the purchase of the extended warranty. At a complete loss on how a company can do such a poor job of honoring a commitment made through the purchase of an extended service plan.
