  • A piece a shit. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It has a low rating for a REASON. RUN AWAY, TURN YOUR HEADS and LOOK for a BETTER apartment that won't rip you off. I lived here for 2 years at the upper story. So my apartment have a high rooftop. They charge EVERY RESIDENT that's moving out a FULL NEW PAINT JOB for the new residents saying it's "wear & Tear." If you live in the upper story with a high roof top....are you suppose to clean those high walls? Unless they give each resident a ladder, WHICH THEY DON'T. During the time I lived there, they constantly turn off the water, the lights are ALWAYS out which is dangerous when you have a baby. The pool is shutdown and closed off even though it's a 24 hours pool. WHAT SPECIAL AMENITIES DO THEY HAVE? NOOOOTHING. Don't waste your time. They only turn on the air conditioning unit at the END of MARCH in ARIZONA. Which is horrible because you can't sleep because of the heat but the people at the office don't give two shits if your baby is suffering. They DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. They WANT money for fund their STUPID FLYERS. YES, EXPENSIVE ASS FLYERS ABOUT in's and out's about what's going on within the apts. which is NOTHING. FULL COLOR, FRONT AND BACK on ELITE PAPER to give out to every single resident....Even the ones that don't live there. Who's paying for all this...the residents are. So Don't sign the lease. It's a shit hole.
