  • I was here for more than 2 years and in the beginning management was the best. Since then management has changed three times, and they can't seem to get rid of that revolving door. Let me say in my two years I was NEVER late on my rent, and when I decided to leave I was being charged more than $2600. Sham on me for not putting anything in writing but how was I supposed to know that Bret (former manager) was being released of his duties. I had verbally agreed with Bret on many occasions with what was going on with or new build home and also on other things which was never a problem. I guess your word and a hand shake means nothing today. Also they took my $1490.00 deposit, I turned in my keys January 20th and they are still charging me fees after being gone. My water bill says "FINAL WATER BILL" but they charged another water bill in February including other charges in February (I wasn't leaving there anymore). I have tried talking to new management Kathy and Michelle but have had no luck with them. All I get is "I DON'T KNOW!!" They don't return phone calls and can not explain for extra charges in February. I hope Gray Star reads this and can make this right, also take some responsibility for how there employees and former employees represent them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to live here until management is fixed (for the forth time). I still owe the $1228.00 which very unacceptable
