  • I think this place has zero interest in making money and staying open. I was in town on vacation and wanted a weekly membership. I called a few times before a live person finally answered. Indication number one that the staff is not adequate. After several attempts, I finally got someone on the phone, and all I needed was a weekly membership during my visit. They said they offer it. I come in the day of my arrival to sign up, and no one is present. Indication number two that something is wrong with this place. I leave my name down on their sign in sheet and my whole vacation week visit goes by and not one person called me back. Indication number three that something is beyond wrong. Is that not the most classless thing ever? I feel bad for the owner because everyone he/she hires is hell bent on ensuring this place goes out of business. I saw the selection of equipment and it was pretty poor. It did not have enough variety. I feel bad for the folks of Summerlin that have to deal with this place.
