  • Went in to just get my eyebrows simply cleaned up and walked out with a completely different shape after I clearly told her NOT to change anything. After she was done I asked her why she changed my shape and her excuse was she "I haven't done your eyebrows in awhile" like if that justified the fact she completely changed my shape and ruined my brows. It took me months to get my eyebrows to the shape I had them and now who knows how Long it will take for them to grow back in hopes they will look the same as before.
