  • Targeting minority's An exposure of management styles that are in current conflict with their rental agreement. Management tagged a vehicle as inoperable however the vehicle runs and has been fully insured for quite some time. When management was confronted, they refused to acknowledge the facts about the vehicle and stayed to their speculation. Every portion of the rental agreement has been followed while thy have repeatedly breached their rental agreement with tenants who are minorities while other tenants are free to roam and do as they please. The numerous dogs within the property causes a massive ruckus with few neighbors picking up after their pets. Combined with stray cats roaming the property and the first concern was a vehicle that has been used quite often and tagged with a difficult to remove sticker. It's hard to imagine why the complex has taken a wild left turn however it wouldn't be too far to imagine. If a customer is within full compliance, anything said after will be interpreted an an attack. You cannot make up polices as you go along, that is for upper management. Your job is to clearly understand policies and enforce them on a case by case basis. You are dealing with human beings, not a blanket policy sheet.
