  • ive been with wind for 3 months and at first i was very excited to get away from rogers. i have the $40 which is everything unlimited, talk, text and data. i got the lg optimous 2x, which i now regret. i should have gone with the samsung s 4g. lately ive been having none stop problems with the phone. the os running on the phone is out dated. the phone turns off on it's own and i have to do a battery pull (thought this bs was only for blackberry, guess not) i contacted wind about when the newer os would be released. i called 6x's in about 12 hours and got a different answer each time. the customer service is really crappy. the data can be slow at times, even with '3g'. so far my bill has been what it should. im not sure if i would recommend wind to other people. update; terrible service. i was told i have to make a $150 deposit at the thornhill location to have my phone, that is under warranty, shipped out for repair. i also have to make a $10 non refundable deposit for a loaner phone. i'm leaving wind mobile as soon as the iphone 5 is released. i rather be screwed up the ass on a 3yr contract and pay a bit more for more reliable service then to be dealing with this non sense. i've only been with wind for 3 months and im already having issues. i would not recommend this company to anyone. im fed up and pissed beyond belief.
