  • I would NOT recommend this place to my WORST ENEMY! Mr. Sandy Cramer will tell you whatever you want to hear - EVEN WHEN HE FIRST MEETS YOU. In fact, Mr. Cramer is most famous for telling you that you ARE QUALIFIED before you truly are. My main gripe is that a $375 appraisal was ordered well before I was truly qualified and then it turned out that I was not only NOT QUALIFIED, but also expected to pay the appraisal fee that Larry Rogoff ordered PREMATURELY! This place is a joke...tread lightly when dealing with these clowns.
