  • Such a disappointing experience! The work itself appears fine but everything else, not how I do business. Facts: 1) Called them in panic due to pipe burst. Google search based, fail. 2) Crew came out, less than professional in appearance and attitude. 3) Their quoting process may as well been done by a 6 year old. They were throwing out numbers like it was going out of style. 4) Only reason we agreed is because we were in a panic mode. My mom was supposed to be released from the hospital the following day and we didn't have time / energy to deal. My father was upset about the experience and got irritated with the folks who came out. He gave them a check that turned out later, wasn't signed. Over a month later, we received a threatening letter. I called them as soon as the letter arrived, tried explaining the background to the "marketing director"who didn't care about anything beyond getting a check. So regretting not reaching out to a friend for a recommendation v. blindly going to these guys. I'm all about repeat service but never again.
