  • Well, they used to be good and my opinion has been changed. $270 for a restoration is a little outrageous. The "care planners" are pushy sales people. But what really gets me is the part where they submitted pre authorization to my insurance company and NEVER called me back to discuss it. I waited a month and called, and they said "no we don't have it yet, we will call you when we do". Months later I'd forgotten of it and never heard back, but called my insurance co. To see what the deal was. They finished and sent back the paperwork a week after my last phone call. I'll be going elsewhere, thanks.
