  • It is the best apartment in Ballantyne! Why ? the reasons are below. New manager: personally looking at maintenance requests, that is the level commitment. Ambiance: Best pool, multiple lighted tennis courts, lively grill area and open clubhouse party area, it's just a vacation home Life: You feel healthy, active , energetic and prosperous may be due to its Vaastu (Suns energy on this place) Maintenance: In house issues were resolved promptly. The location: It is Rich and clean community. The Price: Best price for the SFT and nice floor plans The staff: I love the staff here(including maintenance staff) , They are amazing and friendly, the best in my 10 + years of apartment living. Am I biased ? I have provided tough critic review few months back, when there is long delay in replacing tennis court lights, nets, that was a poor service, its later fixed. At the same time I appreciated painting all the building's exterior and water washing patios and common ways, that's a great job. Sure I will recommend this place to my friends
