  • I love PreFlight! The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. You get free water. And the drivers are friendly, fun and helpful. Their new facility is great -- quality remains a constant with them in all areas of service. And best of all you can accumulate points to use as payment for parking. The online reservation system makes it easy to make arrangements so that when you arrive, you easily scan your code and proceed to parking. I think they know how to please their customers. I've been with them for years.
