  • STAY AWAY!! This place doesn't deserve any stars. Absolutely horrible experience. The WORST manicure I have ever gotten in my life. Initially, I wanted to have a gel manicure but halfway through removing my previous gel nail polish I knew I was in trouble. She didn't let it soak off enough and filed my entire nails down to take off the gel. Now I am left with paper thin nails that are still painful three days later, that are going to take a long time to become healthy again. I then asked to change to a regular manicure because I just wanted to get out of there before any more damage was done without being rude and leaving in the middle of a service. I could tell this pissed her off and I didn't even get oil put on my cuticles or any lotion on my hands. Seriously?!?!?! I also noticed that when another woman walked in they all talked to each other and followed this woman with not just their eyes but actually turned their heads while she walked to the back for a pedicure. Disgusting behavior. I did not like how I was treated nor how I saw them stare this other woman down. There are so many other great places in the area- DO NOT GO HERE. They do not deserve business. I understand cultures may be different, but this does not give your employees a pass to act this way towards customers. Days later, I still cannot get over how appalled I am. I signed up for Yelp just so I could write this review to warn other possible customers.
