  • Well after reading all these reviews I guess Don was having a good day because when I dealt with Don he was arrogant and ignorant I had to call Don and speak with him because this is what my insurance company had told me to do and in one way I was glad I did because I found out that Don never received a work order to come to my home . Would of been nice to get a phone call to know this I have been sitting in a home for one week 90° triple digits outside not the happiest person in the world from the first day I've dealt with Don he was very arrogant and ignorant as mentioned earlierI didn't need to deal with someone that was as nasty as he and then he refuses to send someone to my home to fix my air conditioning because I asked him in a stern voice not yelling are you kidding me you will not take the work order now I had to call my insurance company back for them to do it when all he had to do was look on his little computer and compare numbers I think Don needs to pull up his big girl panties and learn customer service I would not recommend this company at all !
