Spent a year with another pest company and after frequent no shows and rescheduling service appts without my knowlege, I knew it was time to find a new company. Scheduled my appt based on yelp reviews. All my questions were answered via phone and setting up service was a breeze. On the day of my scheduled service, the office called me to advise the tech was a tad behind schedule (5 or 10mins). I was beyond appreciative of the call since most companies fail to keep you in the loop. A simple.call to notifiy me was professional and noteworthy! The service took an hr, and the tech found a few black widow places in my backyard near my kids playarea. No other tech took time to look around much or give us a full report on what kind of activity we had. I was surprised to see tons of crickets the.next day that had been flushed out on my back patio.
