  • The staff are very nice. However I did not see any visible difference with the cool sculpting and skin tightening treatments. I asked for the before and after pictures 3 times and was assured I would receive them by email. I have yet to receive them and suspect they are not sending because I did not have positive results. Very disappointing considering time and expense involved Update I finally got a call back to schedule an appointment. We shall see how it turns out. I will keep you updated. It has been a year since my servic Update: 2/28/2018. I met with Jennifer and she was great. They have now improved their system to more quickly address patient concerns and improved their photo program to better track results. I was more than pleased with their response.
