So Ive been interested in buying a Jeep Liberty for a couple years but have some commitment issues when it comes to needing to pay things every month. Who doesnt, right? I was referred by a friend to check out this dealership since i was in the market for an SUV and compared to some other places Ive been to, i was pretty impressed. I called in to set up an appointment and spoke with a Jesus Bermudez. He invited me in that same day so I took advantage of my day off and went.
On a side note....The location of this auto strip mall is the worst lol. Super cramped and ya never know when someone is just gonna 'yolo' his life away and step out into a busy street. But anyway, I was greeted as soon as i arrived and Jesus seemed genuinely interested in what style SUV i wanted and why. Usually sales guys want to know just enough to use in their pitch when you have objections but i felt absolutely no pressure. He opened my eyes to the Flex and Explorer and answered all of my questions. I told him i wasnt 100% on board though because a Jeep Liberty was what ive wanted for so long and he actually spoke to his manager and said they would find the one i wanted and add it to their inventory so i wouldnt have to settle! Im sure later down the road I just might consider buying a Ford SUV though because they seem like great family vehicles.
Everyone who has had a bad experience here obviously didnt talk to the right person! I got great customer service from the jump. Jesus is definitely my new car guy!
