Admittedly, patients do not look forward to a laboratory experience. However, SQL staff could make an effort to make this a less harrowing experience. They do not make an effort. I went here as part of my organization's wellness program, set up my account and scheduled an appointment. It went downhill from there. I was given a card and told to call a number, because my data had not been uploaded. I did this, but after waiting long after my appointment time I was told my data had still not been uploaded. SQL finally called (I wish they had done this initially) and finally got the information they needed. I had allowed 1 1/2 hours before my next appointment, but barely made it. My biggest disappointment was not the difficulty in using the system, but how SQL staff treats patients. A little kindness would go a long way to make for a better overall experience.
