  • Never again for me! Sorry to say but I had a disappointing experience. Ordered a cassata cake with strawberries and got another version with a thin layer of strawberry cream and a thin layer of custard. No strawberries in sight! Not a cassata cake by traditional definition. Very shocked when I cut into it. Cake was average to good at best. Not spectacular, but disappointing from the start as it was not what I ordered. Called the bakery and spoke to the manager/owner who refused to take responsibility for the error. Offered me $3-4 off my next cake. No thanks! Corbos in Cleveland Ohio blows this place away. Will not return.
