rev:text	Overall sales was good, salesperson was helpful, not too pushy and interested in closing a sale. We were so impressed with the knowledge and quality they were promoting that we bought a top grain reclining sofa and love set worth well over 7K. That's where all the greatness came to a grinding halt. We took delivery a few days later, only to notice the love seats were slanted as if it the whole unit had been bent inward. Then noticed the center console cushion was also sewn off kilter on that same love seat. Oh, but it did not stop there, the 3 seat sofa center which did not recline did not line up with the rest of the couch, furthermore, the reclining backs were all not lining up and looked as if the unit fell off the truck (which it did not). The reclining mechanism was extremely noisy and slammed every time we put the seat upright. Upon further inspection, I noticed the quality that was presented to me went down the drain as I noticed the units were made out of Aspenite/Chip board this is absolutely the cheapest and weakest wood to use, to their defense, a limited part of the reclining mechanism had hardwood probably because chipboard would not hold the screws. Luckily, they have a 48hr return policy which absolutely no one wanted to get involved with so it almost made it impossible to use this policy unless you are extremely pushy and yell. We had everything from no manager available, to it's not the store that does that... call the head office. Of course calling the head office, they tell you to call the store and deal with them (sign of things to come). Long and short, if you like the sales person and the furniture in the showroom, you will be happy, but pay for it and get it home, you may receive a problem set that no one will help you with. Sadly we looked up the reviews after the fact, had I known how poor the quality has declined and how bad the customer service, warranty and repairs are; I would have ran away before opening their front door.
