  • Never been here before but read good reviews so I tried to get a walk up appointment today. Walked into the store to find the three employees without any customers. When I asked for an haircut they all looked confused and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Finally one gentleman told me in a very condensing manner that this was a barber shop and they couldn't help. I did a double take as while I am a woman I have a short men's cut. I simply wanted a fade on the side and the back. I began to argue this fact in disbelief as the employees got louder trying to tell me to go across the road instead. Let me remind you that they had no customers at the time. I pressed the point about their inability to cut my hair because of my gender but they just kept repeating that this was a barber shop. I suppose the other barbers I've been to before haven't been real one because they cut short styles regardless of the body they're attached to. Do not visit this place as they obviously do not want to make money and want to stay and outdated boys club. If I could give this place a zero rating for horrible customer service and humiliating practises I would.
