  • In a sea of pretentious salons, Joseph Scott is a rare find. It's a tiny, stand-alone building that doesn't have a lot of "curb appeal", but the talent and personalities inside more than make up for it. These guys have skill, their prices are affordable and a visit to the salon is always enjoyable.
