  • Our washing machine was making horrible noises. We called Absolute. He came the same day! I found his visit charge to be most reasonable. He was honest and told us the transmission was gone and it would take $$$ for the part and repair. He could have made money on us, but instead gave us honest advice to not repair it. He further gave us advise on brands to look at when buying a new machine. I found him so efficient, courteous, and reasonable. I will look no further when we need repair services.
