When I arrived I was told I was seeing someone other then what I was told on the phone. The gal cutting my hair did not introduce herself in the entire appointment. she took me back to the shampoo bowl right away. I thought this was strange because she did not even look at the way my dry hair laid or even ask me what I wanted. During shampoo she didn't say one word. When I sat down in the chair after shampoo she did ask me how much I wanted off. As she started cutting I could see this was an upgraded Greatclips or Supercuts. she did the speed hair cutting. (not a fan) She barely spoke during haircut. When she was done she did not even walk me to the front desk, or give me a card. Clearly her and the business are doing so good that they dont need to give good customer service and dont want to retain customers. The haircut was not terrible but not great either. Probly will not go back not because haircut was bad or the stylist was mean, but because the customer service is terrible and the stylist was not engaging at all.
