Not a lot of people like their HOA but I can honestly tell you that I like mine for the most part.
I mainly contact Lance directly for any issues that come up for my neighborhood. For the most part my community is nice & quite, just the way I like it.
However there are bad apples that think that they can do what they wish by being a nuisance or inconsiderate to the other neighbors and that's when I reach out to Lance for assistance and handling the issue at hand. Which I believe he does a good job, respectfully conveying
the rules and regulations to those who forget.
When calling the office the people are really nice and seem to care about my issue from a rowdy neighbor to billing questions. Judy is usually the main person that helps me over the phone and at the front desk the last few times that I have come into the office over the years.
Kim is in charge of my community and she pretty cool too. Kim has helped me with my billing questions regarding my account.
It's nice to deal a HOA company that is nice and easy to deal with when you have any type of issue.
