  • Just look at the previous reviews that have been written, and you will see what kind of an amazing inspector Ed is. Sure, maybe he is a little quirky and off the wall, but guess what.....this guy really CARES about you the buyer and really CARES about your well being. He WANTS you to be informed on every little thing that is wrong or can go wrong with your house. He is genuine, he is honest, and he should be the only person you call when you need to know the true nature of the house you are trying to purchase. Drone videos of the house and neighborhood inform you from a birds eye view, a perspective not normally seen but Ed takes the extra effort. Informative tips given throughout the inspection for preventative care of the house don't have to be provided, but Ed takes the extra effort!!! His detailed reports are so comprehensive, that nothing gets overlooked. If every homeowner actually followed Ed's advice...he might put himself out of a job. What I'm trying to hammer home...haha get it?? ...HE IS THAT DAMN GOOD. You will be more than happy with his work, trust me. It's called peace of mind, and with Ed, you will acquire exactly that.
