  • I am a HH member and this property is a disappointment. Common areas (elevator) is filthy. Also refrigerator in room made large knocking noise. I called the front desk and no one answered. So I unplugged so I could get some sleep. In the morning while checking out I mentioned to front desk guy....his response "well other than the refrigerator how was everything else?"...REALLY? ...I won't be back
