  • Came here because they are certified BMW auto body repair. Long story short, received call after two weeks in the shop that my car is finished and ready to be picked up. I inspect the car and a lot of the repairs that were documented repaired/ replaced were not complete. I don't understand how management handles their quality check. Spoke with manager, they say they have many stations and goes through many techs. I say, then they should have a better check list system. To run a high end body shop that is supposed to be certified by BMW is very poor. Needless to say, repair was done and complete after several weeks of going back and forth of work being half ass done.
