  • We were living comfortably at the Jefferson One for over a year when the new management moved vicious pit bull in next door. Our four year old was threatened and I had to retreat back into the apartment to avoid being attacked. The management had no sympathy that the welfare of our lives was being threatened. Even though there was a No Pit Bull policy, if the person has a service certificate, easily obtained off the internet for $59.00, the dog stays according to them, vicious and threatening or not. We had to incur the expense of moving. Luckily our lease had just ended, I was treated with a total lack of respect because of my concern.
